UX & UI Inspiration: Sapiens from UI8.com

Today, i’m presenting a new “section” for the UX & UI stories that i’ve been working on, based on great inspirations. So let’s talk a little bit about the Sapiens project from UI8!
What is it?
The Sapiens project is an Illustration generator which allows you to customize every single aspect from the image so you can give a better look and feel to your Website, WebApp or Mobile App.
Features
Sapiens gives you countless possibilities. the first one which in my opinion is immediately a great one, is the option of choosing between a Colorful, Duotone or Outlined illustration.
Customization
You can literally customize basically anything on the Illustration. Choices like Male or Female, Backdrops, styling the head, poses or legs with many different options which are really cool.
Walk, run, stand or cycle.
Sapiens gives you 4 choices for visual motion. It seems little, but don’t forget that this product is being developed since earlier this year (Version 0.1.8).
Export
It is possible to export your Illustrations in PNG and SVG formats, so you can easily place them on your projects.
Royalty free?! Really?
Yup! All the creations you make and export are totally free for personal and commercial projects. Really cool, huh?
